Probni period
Prvih 14 dana je besplatno. Ako otkažete pre isteka probnog perioda, ne naplaćuje se ništa i povraćaj nije potreban.
Povraćaj posle naplate
Ako vam usluga ne odgovara, možete tražiti povraćaj novca u roku od 14 dana od bilo koje naplate. Vraćamo ceo iznos te naplate, bez objašnjavanja razloga. Pretplata se tada otkazuje.
Posle 14 dana od naplate, novac za tekući mesec se ne vraća, ali pretplatu možete otkazati u bilo kom trenutku i posle toga se ništa više ne naplaćuje.
Kako tražite povraćaj
Pišite na [email protected] sa mejlom kojim ste se prijavili. Novac vraćamo istim putem kojim ste platili: preko PayPal-a na karticu ili PayPal nalog, a za plaćanje po fakturi uplatom na vaš račun. Novac obično stiže za 5 do 10 radnih dana, u zavisnosti od banke.

The first 14 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
Refunds after a charge
You may request a full refund of any charge within 14 days of that charge, no questions asked; the subscription is then cancelled. After 14 days the current month is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Refunds go back the way you paid: through PayPal to your card or PayPal account, or by bank transfer for invoice payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
